And works for the applications that we need it for. However the app seems like it needs some updating. The online based version is better on my phone then the app. ### 2/5 — Much to be desired *2019-04-09* Overall this is a functional app with a decent UI which is great. The problem is this app still has glitches, bugs, and a lot of additional UI to be desired. For example, assets are laid out in one long page with a switcher at the bottom. There is not an easy way to switch between asset pages. Also, when opening an asset, I frequently encounter a bug which locks up th app and freezes, and I have to restart the iPad (restarting app doesn’t help) to regain functionality. Also, adding photos to assets is not easy, there is no real way to remove the current picture and replace with a new one - once you’ve taken it, it’s there to stay. If I did a bug list I could list a lot of things. Overall this needs real beta testing and bug fixes and continual UI improvements (and that appears to not be happening) ### 4/5 — Great product *2019-01-09* I have been using this for several years now at my work and it is nice and easy. Helps to maintain maintenance schedules and item location a lot. ### 4/5 — Alerts *2017-12-06* Overall great app easy to use. Works well in an outpatient hospital setting. It would be nice however if there were expiration alerts available for all users and not just the account holder. This would allow for more people to be vigilant to help remove expired items. The ability to also add multiple expiration dates to one inventory item would be valuable too. We have a variety of lot numbers with different expirations. The simple alerts for the various location help to keep us compliant when we get audited. Overall great app ### 4/5 — Functional *2017-11-30* Overall a useful application. The ability to scan in assets and see all assets checked out to a user are particularly nice. I would really like to see an option to search for and create users, currently you have to generate a report to find what assets a user is in possession of. ### 3/5 — Good *2017-09-13* Could use some feature upgrades. Does not work without cell signal. Keeps logging me out when I want to stay logged in. Support needs some training, expediency and a willingness to help. Overall I get the feeling that the company has grown to quickly and the left hand is not talking to the right hand. If you try to use the API to create any calls, be prepared to set up your own testing environment. Overall a decent platform, but administration and support need to figure out that they work for the customer and have a responsibility to make the customer happy. Note to whomever replies to this review: posting the same "note" to every client is what I'm talking about above. It does a good job scanning multiple assets tags in a row but has a painful horn sound with each scan. Fix that and all would be perfect. ### 3/5 — Good.. But not Great *2014-09-26, version 3.7* I usually never write review however as my company uses this. I think it's important for people to know what to expect. UI is clean and simple. Feels like they stuffed an HTML5 responsive website into an app and then shoehorned a QR code framework to add key functionality. It works. And it will usually get you by in a pinch. But it isn't great. The app crashes consistently when I scan more than one asset at a time. It's QR reader is horrendous. taking anywhere from 10-30 seconds to scan a code. Where a competing app can scan in a few milliseconds. Their authentication factor is somewhat questionable but it works. I really wish this was better. It's one of the best on the market. But starting out it's an absolute nightmare. Text is too large and truncates everything. Search also seems to not work the same as the old app..
