## What is EZparkNYC?

EZpark NYC helps drivers find parking in New York City and connect with homeowners renting private driveway space.

FIND OPEN SPOTS
See community-reported street parking near you on a live map. Filter by distance, save favorites, and build your reputation by reporting honestly.

RENT A DRIVEWAY
Browse driveway listings, request a time slot, and pay securely in the app after a host accepts. No more circling the block.

PARKING RULES & CALENDAR
Check alternate side parking (ASP) status and street rules for your location so you know what's in effect before you park.

FOR HOSTS
List your driveway, set your price and availability, review booking requests, and get paid through Stripe.

TRUST & SAFETY
Reputation scores, user reporting, and in-app moderation help keep the community honest. Report problems directly in the app.

IMPORTANT
Community spot reports are tips from other drivers — not legal advice. Always read street signs, meters, and NYC parking rules before parking. EZpark NYC does not guarantee any spot is available, legal, or ticket-free.

Sign in with Apple, Google, or email. Location is used to show nearby spots and driveways.
