App is ok. Food is never delivered on time. I wish I could tip after my food comes so it could be based on the actual service I receive

Though the app is ok. The device is awful! i’ve order several times in order to give the service a fighting chance but my LORD is it awful! i’ve had several orders go beyond the eta only to find out there wasn’t an available driver and the oder was cancelled. the times i do actually get my food, it’s usually very late being delivered and cold! Tonight, I placed an order around 6:45pm. At 7:09pm I received a text message saying my order was on the way to be delivered. Checked the tracking and it said 7:42pm eta. 7:50pm rolls around and the tracking updated to an eta of 8:45pm. I get on chat with support asking what the deal is and i go to take a screenshot of the text I received at 7:09pm and the eta was updated to 9:13pm!!! Food finally got delivered at 8:40pm…COLD!! Go figure! The offered compensation was a credit for the delivery fee!! Basically if you’re hungry and want your food delivered quickly, DON’T use this service!!

I think this app has a lot more choices compared to other competitors. However- there are some cons to it. You can’t edit your order or cancel it without talking to support which is super annoying. I understand they are local but they also have other competitors.

Just use door dash. This app is garbage. It freezes, closes, or sometimes just refuses to with. I’ve lost my food orders way too many times to count, and I’ve finally had enough. The prices are insane compared to door dash anyway.

App is full of bugs. When you finally get it to work it sits on the order page for 20 min and your order doesn’t go through. Don’t waste your time.

The app in itself is great. It offers a big city service to a smaller area and provides a great service to the many service members and civilians. The prices are not outrageous either. The problem lies in the reliability of the drivers. It doesn’t matter how good you tip there’s not any urgency and there’s no way to hold them accountable. It’s not uncommon to have missing items and spilled food and the reaction you get is “my bad” or “so sorry.” Mistakes happen but it’s entirely too common with EZ Street. Still a great service if you have the time to wait and make a smaller order

I downloaded the app, entered my address, created an account and when I went to view restaurants, the page was blank. I’m an avid foot delivery customer, so I was excited when I saw a place with lower fees. I was extremely disappointed when it didn’t work. Guess I’ll have to stick to Door Dash and Waitr.

I waited 3 hours for a burrito from a restaurant less than ten minutes from my house. My first driver’s car allegedly broke down so another driver had to deliver my order. It took the first driver an hour just to get to the restaurant. And it took the second driver 45 minutes to get to my house after leaving the restaurant. Plus my food was stone cold when I got it. 0/5 will never use again!!

As a small business owner we have really benefited from EZ Street delivery service. It’s really a no brainer to use their system, and sales have INCREASED!! We appreciate them and they are so easy to work with. When I call with a question I always speak to a real person and that means so much. If you haven’t tried it, do it because there is nothing to loose.

I have been utilizing the EZ street app since the covid 19 pandemic and have been very pleased with the service.  They have even picked up my groceries when it was raining so I didn’t have to get out! We are a small town and to have the big city luxuries of a reliable and affordable delivery service is well worth it! I’ve been telling all my friends to download thesis app and give them a try!
