Your product is soooooo unstable!!!! ### 1/5 — 太可怕了 *2021-02-23, version 6.4.16* 第一次留言一顆星，有突發狀況臨時有事，竟然一直說規定有清楚的表示無法在六小時內取消，以後網路上的廣告不要亂點連結過去，這次就當作花錢學教訓，大家要注意！ ### 1/5 — Scrapes clipboard *2020-09-22, version 6.4.16* Automatically copies your clipboard whenever you open the app. ### 1/5 — 詐騙集團 *2020-01-05, version 6.4.9* 這個平台根本是詐騙集團，我從預定看到的餐廳優惠信息，提交預定介面，收到確認郵件，與餐廳服務員交談，都明確表明有「每位預付999元可折抵1200元」的方案，但是服務員在結帳的時候發現EZTABLE平台不讓服務員刷這個優惠。因為使用本平台訂餐（無優惠）導致我們不能參加餐廳的85折活動，所以最後我們不但沒有折抵到他們承諾的共400元，也損失了參加85折（優惠500+元）的活動。 和平台客服聯繫，他們首先承認了平台方的疏失，但是只致上最深的歉意？不提供任何形式的賠償，客服電話打了10+通只有兩次有被接起來，其他都是靠郵件維持聯繫，客服之後回覆郵件都是複製粘貼我訂購信息的方案，卻不提供解釋，不解決糾紛。 平台方表示我訂購的方案當日12/31是沒有折抵活動的，但是我在預定介面是有顯示這個方案，並且我的確認郵件也顯示這個方案（郵件內容為折抵1100元，有出入），但是沒有任何一處表示我所收到的折抵優惠不能在12/31工作日中午使用，甚至連餐廳服務人員都以為可以使用。 經過了將近一週的維權，EZTABLE非常消極的服務態度，承認疏失卻不予以賠償，讓我們對這個平台感到非常憤怒，希望大家不要被騙了。 ### 1/5 — This app is appalling *2019-02-22, version 6.0.12* It appears that your app is far from user friendly and design fault. I have been trying to use your app to book a restaurant in Taiwan for 3 times. 1️⃣ The app states it accepts AE card but after filling in my card details, at the very last step of filling in ccv code, only 3 digits allowed. 2️⃣ When I switch to my VISA card, the app blocks me for correcting my details by saying "reservation full". 3️⃣ I tried again this morning by using my partner's name as a fresh booking but with my credit card, it failed again and it does not allow me to amend details.
