The pre-built 22 area template is bang on for a standard house. Photos attach to each item so its all there in the PDF appendix. Clean.

Was on the free tier doing 8-9 reports a month, then picked up a few more properties and went over the limit. $34.99 for the year is less than what I was paying for one ream of paper lol. Cheap as. Cant really fault it.
