Why the hell we need to download always different app according to the camera models? You guys cant provide all the models in the same app? Ezyliv! Ezylive plus? Why? When im using the same CP plus brand

I wasn’t having any issues for last few months but now when I changed my wifi and trying to connect the camera to the new wifi it just won’t connect i tried resetting but then I realised the app is broken cause when I uninstalled and installed this app again it wont even send me the otp to login again says network anomalies??? WHAT A DRAGG

First of all this requires iOS 12 and above which sucks means I can’t access this on all devices. Also downloading videos gets stuck and fails.

And Why does app has to refresh every time I leave the app. 
To CP Plus Management- either pay your developer well (so they are incentivised to do good work) or if they are paid well fire them.
And reminder I won’t be buying cp plus app again. Luckily I bought in limited quantity. Enough to bear loss. And throw this worthless garbage of a product in dustbin. 
Again why 2 apps for a product in one company.
And why can I not play my video play back in 3x 4x or 10x. You fools if I want to play the 8hr video do you expect me to sit for 8hr. Absolute fools. And if your developers are telling you that it cannot be done there software limitations, fire them. And hire new ones.

This camera doesn’t fulfil the needs for which we have installed it. The camera doesn’t record during important period. The camera goes on sleeping mode in the night hence it never records videos in night. Always facing network errors, technical glitches, buffering, etc. Don’t buy this camera.
