Playback, download is not working, can’t see recordings only buffering every-time. I am using care cam camera is much better than cp plus camera. This is the black mark of cp plus brand. Can’t use in 2 mobile apps main and shared at the same time. Please don’t make cheap camera otherwise no will trust on big brand cp plus. I am going to return this camera. Local Chinese camera is far better then than this. Worst camera, I ever used in my life. From the moment I set it up, it was nothing but frustration. The connection drops constantly, even with a strong WiFi signal. The app is slow, glitchy, and crashes every other time I try to use it. The video quality is nowhere near what was advertised-grainy and laggy, making it completely useless for monitoring anything. On top of that, the motion detection is wildly inaccurate, sending dozens of false alerts, but somehow missing actual movement when it matters. Customer support? Nonexistent. They either don't respond or give generic, unhelpful replies. Save yourself the headache and don't waste your money on this junk. When im using the same CP plus brand ### 1/5 — This app is broken *2026-04-06* I wasn’t having any issues for last few months but now when I changed my wifi and trying to connect the camera to the new wifi it just won’t connect i tried resetting but then I realised the app is broken cause when I uninstalled and installed this app again it wont even send me the otp to login again says network anomalies??? The camera doesn’t record during important period. The camera goes on sleeping mode in the night hence it never records videos in night.
