## What is Ezyy?

Ezy is a powerful delivery management and courier tracking app designed for merchants, drivers, and customers who need fast, secure, and real-time logistics solutions. Merchants can create delivery requests, add recipient details, manage multiple customers, track drivers live on the map, calculate distance-based delivery charges, and monitor wallet balance and Cash on Delivery (COD) collections. The app supports AWB generation, SMS and email tracking notifications, return requests, and secure OTP login for safe access.
Customers receive real-time tracking links, out-for-delivery alerts, AWB details, and payment links, with secure OTP confirmation upon delivery. Drivers can view assigned deliveries, navigate using Google Maps, confirm pickups via AWB or OTP, and complete deliveries with OTP verification. With live GPS tracking, secure authentication, route optimization, and seamless communication, Ezy simplifies courier operations and makes delivery management easy, reliable, and efficient for logistics businesses and eCommerce merchants.
