## What is F&L AC Stand Calculator?

F&L AC Stand Calculator helps HVAC contractors and installers quickly estimate wind loads on rooftop and ground-level AC unit stands and determine the minimum number of leg frames required for a given configuration.

HOW IT WORKS
Enter your unit dimensions, stand height, wind speed, building height, and whether the installation is coastal or non-coastal. The app calculates:

• Total frontal area
• Uplift and lateral wind pressure
• Minimum required leg frames for standard, heavy-duty, and light-duty systems

FEATURES
• Support for up to 10 units per stand
• Stand heights of 18", 24", and 30"
• Coastal and non-coastal wind exposure settings
• Email or print a copy of your results directly from the app

WHO IT'S FOR
Built for HVAC installers, contractors, and engineers who need a fast field reference when sizing AC unit stands.

Note: This tool provides engineering estimates to assist with stand sizing. Always verify results against your local building code requirements and consult a licensed engineer for final structural sign-off.
