Can you fix it please ### 1/5 — Poor notification *2025-07-21, version 3.25.1* I have been banking with F&M for over 3 years with my nonprofit, for profit business, a trust account, and personal account. Notification were great when the new app rolled out, but in the last 6 months, they have been spotty at best. I rely on the notification to alert me that I have to transfer funds or if something funky is happening in one of my accounts that I don’t check on a daily basis. Get it together! ### 1/5 — The mobile deposit does not work. *2025-05-29, version 3.17.0* The mobile deposits does not work. It does not matter how many times I take a perfectly clear picture it is rejected. Now I have the back of the check written on saying for mobile deposits only and it won’t accept it. ### 1/5 — NOT ACCESSIBLE FOR LOW VISION CUSTOMERS *2024-03-20, version 3.10.3* This app will not accept any of the “use strong password options” nor will it “display as you enter” your chosen password. NOT ACCESSIBLE. For low vision customers, you might need another person to help you. I discovered I could type my password into Notes, then cooy and paste, but this is a known security flaw in most apps, so I am sure they will take that away eventually. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-05-22, version 3.2.0* I hate the new app! To many clicks are required to navigate the app with multiple accounts. ### 4/5 — Quit Working on iPhone 7+ with Current Update iOS *2024-03-28, version 3.10.3* Used the App on my iPhone 7+ that is updated when prompted by Apple. Today the App would not let me in because it said I needed to update the App. I refreshed the App in the App Store and it said that the App wouldn’t work with the updated version of IOS on my phone. My phone says I am running 15.8.3. The App Store says the App requires 16.1. I deleted the App from my phone and tried to reload the App. The reload noticed my IOS version and said it would upload an older version that was compatible. Tried to open the App and was told I had to update my IOS. Maddening! Horrible App Management! Now I can’t use my phone for my business banking needs.
