My mobile banking expired because I wasn’t using it for a few months and to get it started again I’ve had to jump through a lot of hoops, it’s finally up and running, but still not working right .... another trip to the branch. ### 3/5 — Not as efficient!!! *2021-01-06, version 4.47.58* It’s great to check balances, transactions, and so forth; however the enrolment process needs to be more efficient and should have capabilities to do it on the app instead. It is troublesome to have multiple steps in order to link the app. It should not take as long as it does! The banker should be able to assist customers setup the online banking/mobile banking upon opening their checking account, same day and time.
