If not able to edit bill pay it needs that part fixed or removed.  Such high hopes and another let down.  Not meeting standards with completion.

I am very great full to be able to do this with no fee and when ever I want. I was on vacation this last week and my car was almost totaled 4 hrs from home and I was able to get extra cash for what I needed other then my vacation. Thankful the employees for always being so kind

I switched from major banking institutes because I was just a number. I decided to go to F&M which is a smaller bank and I’m grateful I did! I’m not just a number. I am treated like a human being and actually feel that they care about me and my concerns.
