It used to be about once a month where the app would glitch and have server errors where I couldn’t login to my account. It has now gotten to the point where it happens more days in the week than not. So being able to check my balance and doing any internal transfers is a rarity and has become a surprise when it does work. Facts: customer support is nonexistent (extremely limited hours), app is very buggy, account verification is bugged (wont link with Robinhood), it doesn’t save your info, password resets don’t send emails until after they have expired, etc. Planning on moving out of F&M bc of their consistent app hellscape. However, it stops working every few months and there seems to be no fix outside of calling during business hours to have it fixed from tech supports end. It’s pretty irritating and it always seems to crash at the most inconvenient times, which is the weekends or evenings, when there isn’t anyone available. But the App compared to others needs a bit of a update, maybe a sleeker look. Also, giving their users an option to access their routing card along with their bank number with it would be a nice touch for those looking to set up direct deposits for a new or current job.
