That is honestly unacceptable, it’s quite evident that MANY online banking platforms use the exact same “app”, just branded differently. Many times it won’t update my balance or activity for 3 months and when I call about it they can’t help. Iv done all the things they tell me to do to fix it but it doesn’t work.
