Such disgrace, nowadays you working hard for ppl to tell you how to move or manage your money they way it pleases them. Face ID never works and the app glitches by turning Face ID on each time you open the program. You’ll turn FaceID off, but each time you open it asks you for your FaceID? The developer really dropped the ball in terms of break fixing these constant issues. And this hasn’t been fixed for 9 months! Along with this, I continually get an error code 1104 (or similar), forcing me to check my balance on my computer. It’s extremely inconvenient and there is no support number to call to submit a help ticket. You get a receptionist who just says to reinstall the application and hope the developer updates it soon. This app and bank is a joke and I wouldn’t recommend using it for your banking purposes. Your money is safer with Bernie Madoff. ### 1/5 — It’s GREAT- other than “Zelle” *2019-09-02* Zelle is the new method to transfer money to someone that also had F&M trust. I tried to send my boyfriend my half of our rent, and it has a maximum limit and only ONCE per day. Literally HATE this. Such a downgrade from “People Pay”. You have to sign in from scratch. I have no idea why. Even when you toggle the option on the login page to “remember me” it will still log you all the way out.
