I’m trying to set up my class for this school year and I can’t set the end date or select the grade. I’ve been trying for a few days now. I’ve uninstalled then reinstalled and still nothing. How can I get this app to work properly? ### 1/5 — Not worth the purchase. *2022-05-10* If you are a teacher in Australia, don’t bother purchasing this app. The text, language from the books don’t match the online assessment. The assessment online is American and does not match the Australian version. Eg, footpaths vs side walk. ### 2/5 — Useless *2021-06-02, version 3.2.2* I thought that this would actually include the entire text as I was hoping to use it virtually with my students. It’s useless for that purpose. ### 1/5 — Terrible support! Be careful *2019-10-15, version 3.1.10* If I could give the app 0 stars I would. I purchased both the app and books to test my students. I have been using the app for years. My 12.9 IPad Pro was updated to iOS 13 last week. After being updated, only some of the information saved on my iPad is visible, I can no longer access some 18 tests I have done in the past month, can no longer assess additional students. I contacted support 2x by email, 5 days later, I get a generic email saying everything should be set. Next, I do their online chat and explain the situation. I am then told that it will be 2-3 weeks before the app is fixed, they have to wait for Apple, and they cant help me access any information on their app. My question is why didn’t they beta test this? Either fix it before it was a problem or let users know not to update to iOS 13 until they fixed this issue. They never did their job so now they have made my job harder by cutting off access to all of my data for up to 3 weeks. Best part was that the support person put some of the responsibility on me, telling me I should have emailed the docs (I didn’t know that my data would be unavailable) or I should have been an online data user (more money). Take responsibility for your mistake and help users who have paid you good money! ### 1/5 — App is useless without odm credentials *2018-10-05, version 3.1.7* There is an option for non odm users, however the app does not support the button :/ Waste of time until this is fixed ### 1/5 — In app purchase *2017-02-11, version 3.1* Must I purchase the BAS-1 for each student in order to assess my students using this app?? ### 1/5 — No VPP Support *2016-09-30, version 3.1* In-app purchases are unsupported with VPP we will not be using this app until a full paid version is available ### 1/5 — Loved at first BUT *2016-05-19, version 3.0.2* I loved this at first. It worked great and saved so much paper. Then, they day I had for testing, I suddenly can't swipe in as a non ODMS user. I tried everything, even re downloading the app. Then, because I re downloaded it, I lost all the data I had. As far as I can tell, there is no way to access that data. Thank goodness I had written it elsewhere. Then I finally got it working and thought I was set. Here I am a few days later trying to enter in my data and I once again can't get to it! So incredibly frustrating, not at all worth the money I paid if it is not reliable.
