I can’t get the app to open. It got stuck every time when I want to open it. Frustrated!!!

This app is completely useless.  Unlike other apps that I’ve used, this is nothing but a tutorial with just videos.  Other apps I’ve used actually let you track your progress and show your results each night.

Got interested in the app after opening my new mask and seeing the promotion to download this app… the main screen starts with different masks to select from, my Solo is not even there… uninstalled immediately after a couple of re-installs.

using most recent version of the app on an iPhone 15 the app crashes on launch and i get stuck in an endless loop work repeated “Whoops, something went wrong” notifications that ask me to try again. i force quit the app, reboot the phone, retry opening the app and i get the same thing over and over.

I use the Vitera. It is BY FAR my favorite mask. It has been almost as impactful as the PAP machine. I want to leave 2 stars because I downloaded an app just for a few instructions. But the mask is so good and the app worked really well so 3 stars. I’m deleting the app.
