## What is F?

F Kiosk Scan turns an iPad or iPhone into a dedicated attendance kiosk for your farm. Mount it at the entrance, and staff simply scan the on-screen QR code with the F-Losning app to clock in and out - no shared PINs, no paper sheets.

HOW IT WORKS
- Pair the device to a farm once, using a 6-digit setup code generated in F-Losning.
- The kiosk then shows a large, rotating QR code that refreshes every 60 seconds, so a screenshot of the code cannot be reused.
- Staff scan it from their own phone to check in or out; the kiosk shows a live, on-site feed of today's check-ins and check-outs.

- Clear farm name, countdown to the next code, and a Live status so you know it is connected.

PART OF F-LOSNING
F Kiosk Scan is a companion to F-Losning, the farm workforce platform. You need an F-Losning account and a farm to pair the kiosk. Attendance data stays in your F-Losning organization.
