That is great. But it would be even greater if it would show what the website was, so I would know to stay away from it. F-Secure knows what it was. Why can’t it tell me? I purchased a premium service in February of this year. $99.99 plus tax. When I open the Mobile Security app (with a shield icon), it shows my account as a basic account. I’ve called your customer service number and was put on hold for 30 minutes. I tried chatting with no answer. The chatting agent suggested I go to another place for help but the link he provided is not a secure website so my browser wouldn’t open the page. And during this period of time, its protection has consistently increased its bells and whistles and in my humble opinion, it’s the best security app on the market today and it’s reasonably priced too (even for its premium protection!). Lookout has exactly what you need for every level of security you’ll ever encounter and it’s format is simple and straightforward. I see a four month free promotion for their “total plan” and sign up for it through my account link. I provide my info and it asks me to create an account. I click on “login” and suddenly, my phone no longer remembers the password. I close and reopen the app and I’m still logged in on the app but to the basic plan and doesn’t upgrade. I go back to the website, click on “forgot my password”and I’m still waiting after my third attempt. They have my credit card number so I decide I’m going to cancel. Guess what…yeah, it’s like that. Now I will likely have to endure, what I’m sure will be a lengthy time consuming process to get rid of this thing and implement safeguards so they don’t charge me. If it sounds too good to be true…better the devil you know, I guess. TO THE DEVELOPER; please don’t contact me telling me how sorry you are that I’m having these issues or going through this difficult experience, and to just contact your support team and they’ll be more than happy to guide me through it, because I did, three times, THREE times, and I’m still waiting. These are simple issues that shouldn’t be issues, because it’s a Mobile Security app and you should know better. It’s not my last name but very close to my mom’s. I called the number given to talk to an agent. All in all I am getting initiated and the agent informed me about everything going on with my identity and everything important to me. The app is exactly as it ought to be. The protection and abundance of information you get back is impressive. The turn around to get an answer re: my claim is 24 to 48 hours. Not bad. They take care of everything. And advised me how to report this to the credit bureaus.
