I was lucky that I actually met this instructor giving Yoga classes in a Hospital helping military personnel. I hated Yoga and she changed my mind in the very first class. This app is legitimately her style, nothing changes from having her in person to following her virtual. Her voice, her guidance, music and care, I felt the same as if I was in her classes. Try it be open minded and you will not be disappointed.
