## What is F4J?

F4J Careerz is a mobile application that serves as a two-way communication platform between youth and Service Providers (SPs). The app is designed to support youth enrolled in F4J Careerz employment programs by making it easier to manage their journey into employment.

With F4J Careerz, accepted youth can:

Update and manage their employment profiles

Upload required documentation securely

Communicate directly with Service Providers and the Independent Verification Agent (IVA)

Receive reminders and alerts to submit or update information

Service Providers and the IVA can also interact with youth, making the process smoother, more transparent, and more efficient.

The app is fully interactive, easy to use, and compatible with popular platforms and tools. F4J Careerz helps youth stay engaged, organized, and connected on their path to employment.
