Since the SDK update, if the iOS system is set for dark mode, then the app trys to respond to that. Appears that the app was not tested with dark mode, and now you can't read a bunch of text. So....fix dark mode?

Used it to connect to my university VPN. It was initially easy to use: just flip a switch. After a few days, the switch disappeared and the app doesn’t do anything.

Purtroppo l’app dalla versione 3.0.8 ha deciso di cambiare il session.client.platform differenziandolo tra iPad e iPhone. La soluzione sarebbe quella di aggiungere una policy anche per iPad ma ovviamente la mia azienda non vuole toccare nulla. Il risultato è che ora su iPad è impossibile connettersi mentre su iPhone continua a funzionare. Gran peccato.

2025/09/24 追記
接続確認ができました。
問題はVPNサーバ側の管理者設定でiOSのバージョン確認でiOS 2x.xxが許可されていなかったのが原因でした。
申し訳ありませんでした。

後、改善いらいがあります。
iPhoneの画面設定をダーク　モードにするとF5 Accessアプリ画面の下部に並ぶ3個のボタンのうち非選択の2個が見えない状態となります。
改善頂けると有難いです。

iPhone 17 Pro Max 、iPhone 16 でiOS 26の環境下で接続出来なくなりました。
接続時に「ネットワーク アクセス接続設定を取得できません」と表示されて接続失敗します。

少なくとも先日、iPhone 15 Pro Max のiOS 18.6.2 環境下では接続出来ていました。
新しい iOS 26に対応していますでしょうか？

アプリを削除して再インストールをしても改善しません。
