Too many steps to complete one task. I deleted and reinstalled, but it didn’t help. Can you please fix the bug, or whatever is preventing my phone from accessing the app? *I have an older phone that won’t update to 17, but this app is approved to work on older models. It is very hard to type on a keyboard that my ipad is attached to when the screen is vertical. There is no help option so every time I want to do something and I don’t know how I have to call the bank. I have complained about the non horizontal display and the claim they would look into it. Signing in, you enter ID and hit continue from the top right… no obvious button. They require frequent password change, but you must do that online and not in the app. You cant turn your card on/off.
