التطبيق عقيم ولايعمل بشكل الصحيح يتم ادخل البيانات المطلوبة ويتعذر التسجيل لعدم وجود اي بيانات وحتى رقم الاتصال بالبنك غير صحيح

I had bad experience and poor services with the bank … not recommended at all. (Housing Loan).

I hope a presenter from Gov. Authorities to visit and evaluate the bank sooner.

It doesnt work on my iphone, crashes when opening. I tried it on my work phone (atex- non camera) it work but it asks to scan my id. That phone doesnt even have camera 😂

التطبيق يفترض أن يكون وسيلة لتسهيل معاملات العملاء وإنجازها إلكترونيًا، إلا أن الواقع الذي نواجهه مختلف تمامًا، حيث إن العميل يستطيع الدخول إلى التطبيق من خلال UAE PASS وبهوية موثقة باسمه، كما يمكن من الناحية التقنية رفع المستندات والبيانات المطلوبة، ومع ذلك لا توجد خدمة متكاملة وواضحة تتيح تقديم طلب تخفيض القرض ومتابعته ومعرفة حالته بشكل رسمي حتى إتمامه. فعلى سبيل المثال، قمت بتقديم المستندات المطلوبة أكثر من مرة، ومنها شهادة الراتب، وبناءً على توجيهات موظفي البنك، واضطررت إلى مراجعة الفرع عدة مرات، ومع ذلك لا يوجد في التطبيق ما يثبت بشكل واضح استلام المستندات أو يوضح حالة الطلب أو المرحلة التي وصل إليها. والأمر الأكثر إشكالًا هو وجود تضارب في المعلومات بين ما يتم إبلاغ العميل به في الفرع، وما يظهر فعليًا في النظام، مما يجعل العميل مضطرًا للعودة إلى الفرع والاستفسار وإعادة تقديم المستندات. وفي الوقت الذي تقترب فيه مواعيد استقطاع القرض، لا يزال العميل غير قادر على معرفة ما إذا تم تنفيذ التخفيض أم لا، رغم قيامه بجميع الإجراءات المطلوبة. لذلك نتساءل عن الحاجة الفعلية للتطبيق إذا كان لا يتيح للعميل إنجاز معاملته ومتابعتها إلكترونيًا من البداية حتى النهاية، ونأمل تطويره ليكون منصة متكاملة توفر الوقت والجهد وتقلل الازدحام على الفروع وتحفظ للعميل سجلًا واضحًا لجميع طلباته ومستنداته وإجراءات معاملاته

The app doesn't deserve a single star. It doesn't open and I went to the branch 3 times to no avail. I couldn't even change my phone number at the branch even though they've processed 3 requests over the past two years. A bank can't change a phone number, so how will it develop the housing loan process?
