Google is fairly inaccurate compared to papago ### 4/5 — Nice way to connect with Loona! *2022-07-19, version 1.2.1* I’ve used the app for 2 months and it’s been a decent experience. I mainly follow Yves and I love how interactive she is. I like the point system because it incentives the members to post. Plus, it’s good knowing that I’m supporting the members with money (in a way)! I wish Fab held events like online fan signs or winning autographs. I think Fab is best for those who can afford points and understand Korean. The members sometimes post when I’m asleep or at work so timezone is a consideration too. I took out a star because the app could be more responsive and less laggy. The Android app is a smoother experience. As a developer myself, there are performance and UX issues that should be addressed with the highest priority, especially since this is a paid service. I also wish members could send image and voice comments. I have to use a bunch of third party apps. And I don’t know how to tell if any of the girls are responding to my messages because there’s no clear indicator that they are. At least I know when they like my messages though! I heard Android has the messages highlighted in yellow or something? I don’t know, but please add this feature to iOS. I’m giving it 4 stars because of this. It’s kinda disappointing. It’s also laggy and slightly buggy. I get that it’s a new app, but the features I mentioned previously make it difficult to use. Buuuutt the idea is there and it’s a great system! Just needs to be executed better. I always get the notifications whether the Loona member is replying to me or not. Another issue is if international fans are using the app. Users cannot translate in the app we have to screenshot and go to google. Other than that the app is amazing . The members reply with such caring messages. It lets fans interact with Loona, which is especially great when you realize how limited their fan interaction opportunities have been since their debut. The problem is that there's no protection for the girls. Jinsoul, Vivi, Yeojin, Yves, and probably other members too have all been sent disgusting hate messages (death threats, bodyshaming, etc.) on numerous occasions. It's ruining the app for both Loona and orbits. This is an easy fix, though: just mute negative words.
