I actually had JUST renewed, after several years away, hoping it was better service. Nope. I ordered extra items and never received them. I complained about it. so they tried to say I cancelled. I just wanted money back for items I never received. Then, trying to get help, I was 18th in line... then it RELOADED!!! And I was 25th. Then it happened AGAIN. Still. No. Help. ### 2/5 — App is the Worst Ever (but I love FabFitFun) *2026-08-13, version 6.95.0* I really love FabFitFun, but the app itself is the worst I’ve ever seen. It requires an update each time I open it. But what exactly is the update for, because nothing is ever improved? There are all sorts of problems with the app. For starters, I picked out my Fall 2026 box, saved the selections, got the “woohoo, customizations have been saved” only to find out on social media that night or the next day that the customizations “didn’t take”. What the heck? I also don’t like how you can’t view enlarged images of a product - the app will only allow you to enlarge a small portion of a photo. The app needs to be completely revamped. It just doesn’t work, and I’m really surprised & disappointed the company hasn’t made their platform more workable by now. I may have to uninstall it so I can go back to the web based version, which is so much better! ### 2/5 — App is unreliable *2026-08-01, version 6.95.0* I’m not sure how this app gets such a high star rating - I think people are rating the service, not the app. In any case, the FFF app does not deserve any more than 2 stars. It’s glitchy, it crashes whenever there is a new launch and is often offline during these moments while their team scrambles to fix the issue. The app is unpredictable and even outside of the issue mentioned above, it behaves in unexpected ways at time (removing things arbitrarily from the sales cart, not displaying product descriptions or imagery just to name a few). The FFF team is aware, yet don’t seem to want to make the necessary changes to create a more robust platform. ### 2/5 — this app is awful *2026-05-19, version 6.30.15* the app crashes all the time and i've never seen an app need an update every time you use it. it's too cluttered and disorganized. ### 2/5 — Didn’t receive my boxes *2026-04-29, version 6.20.1* I both this back in the Winter! Trying to refresh is horrible now. It makes it so hard to shop. This is supposed to be a free app so why is Apple Pay required for updates? ### 1/5 — Consider other subs *2026-02-27, version 6.10.10* I decided to give FFF a try again because of the advent box offer…well they threw in the stuff that was supposed to be in the advent box, but I never got the box…and when I complained I got an offer of a $5 certificate and “well you got what was in the box…we were just out of boxes”. Buy from Temu. The quality is just as good and they are honest about the product. ### 1/5 — Won’t let me cancel *2026-02-25, version 6.10.10* I have tried multiple times to cancel my account. This company tricked me into believing that cancelling my annual membership was all I needed to do. Not true. They keep sending me boxes that I don’t want and charging my credit card. There is no clear way to make them stop. ### 1/5 — Freezes *2026-02-14, version 6.10.7* So frustrating that the app freezes so often. I update frequently and it still happens. ### 1/5 — App Keeps Crashing… *2026-02-07, version 6.10.4* I have the iOS app every time I try to open orders and if I try to open orders and keep on tracking it just crashes and the screen goes black and then I have to exit out like swipe up. And try again and I keep trying and it never works. It’s really. Frustrating. Then on top of the most irritating thing, like the other things super irritating, is the fact that every time I open the app it does this flashing thing with these. I don’t know what to call it. It is black rings that look like striped rings that open out roofs and it just flashes the screen flashes several times which is very dark and I just literally have to turn the phone away from me because it just really hurts my eyes so anyway, if you get both those items that would be great just really sucks. I mean you should be able to go online on the app and check your order status and check your tracking basic stuff I’ve never had a crash as many times as the FFF. I don’t know why I keep trying. ### 1/5 — NOT new and improved *2026-01-23, version 6.8.6* I love this site, but this app is terrible. I’ve got the newest version of the app and it constantly has a pop up from FFF that comes up saying it’s installing a new version of the app for me to enjoy. It never goes thru and then the app just automatically closes out. So then I have to restart the app again hoping that pop up doesn’t come up right away. Most times it does but other times after spending time on the app it pops up again. Do you not have a dev server? Do you even have an IT department? The “updates” have screwed things up on the app and website for more than a month now. I have been a long time fabfit fun customer and have been disappointed with boxes and items this year. There items have gotten cheaper and their customer service is not great. So hopefully you don’t have any issues. The app applied money to a purchase and when I cancelled the items in my cart I couldn’t get it back. I reached out to support no one responded. Lost out on cash that could applied to my box. I cancelled my subscription. ### 1/5 — Early membership renewals without notice *2026-08-07, version 6.95.0* My annual membership was renewed over a month early without any notice given. I received a receipt and charge to my credit card before my year was even up. 👎🏼 ### 1/5 — TERRIBLE customer service! *2026-08-06, version 6.95.0* If you have any issues with prescription, good luck. Yesterday I was in a line of 300 people waiting to talk to an agent, lasted from 7pm-1pm wait time which is CRAZY. An agent finally answered while I was working, I couldn’t respond and they closed the chat. I tried to reopen a new convo now it’s a 700 PERSON WAIT!! Holy I’m gonna have to wait 3 days before I speak to someone. I waited in queue for six hours for customer support. Despite the issue occurred within the app, I was told there was nothing they could do to fix it. Glad I cancelled my box. ### 1/5 — Don’t Waste your time or money *2026-08-03, version 6.95.0* I signed up for early access. I selected my picks. Several days later, I get an email that I “may have been affected” by a glitch that didn’t save my picks. I was affected, and my chosen items are now out of stock. Emails to them bounce back. This is just the latest problem in a long list of issues with FFF. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-05-22, version 6.30.15* They sell so much that can’t handle the volume. My first box was wrong, the second got missing. Gotten so many cool things ### 5/5 — Better than the website now! *2026-04-15, version 6.17.1* The app offers a lot more than the website - future sale previews, contests, enhanced sorting for sale merchandise, etc. it is a wonderful compliment to the site. And FFF is constantly making improvements…they listen to customer feedback and pivot as needed. The app has changed a ton in the last few years - I never used to use it but it’s become my “go to” FFF destination. I mostly blame fedex for this as they did not utilize the locker system our apt complex has. I initiated a chat with Fff nearly two weeks after the initial delivery of the package explaining what happened and they not only replaced my box but gave me new options as the ones I originally chose were no longer available.
