Then everything costs gems. So if the AI forgets something I have to pay gems for it to tell me i’m right, then repeat it back to me, then do the same scene again. Thats the cost of at least three entries. And this isnt counting the number of times Ive had to argue with the AI because its telling me im wrong. The concept is fun and there are times when I am really engaged and having a blast, but half the time Im wasting gems arguing with the A.I and I trying to get into character of the story not waste my gems which I paid to have. If you guys ever fixed this issue id love to comeback ### 4/5 — Wow… this is new *2026-07-14, version v0.21.1* All very interesting, one little issue to take a star away, WHY IS THERE A POINT LIMIT!? I hate that a lot, and that’s why I usually go towards AI without it, but they have terrible AI, or Adds show up… and I ain’t spending money! ### 4/5 — Solid App, Big Potential *2026-07-10* I’ve been playing campaigns through this app for a long time and have even designed one myself. Overall, it’s a very good app for AI-run campaigns. What I like is that you can adjust odd decisions or developments in the AI’s response so they don’t end up ruining the whole game. That said, the stories are usually very well written, and depending on the “Gamemaster AI” you choose, you can pick different styles for how you want the story to unfold. For the sake of convenience, I’d like the option to select the language in the basic settings. This would allow non-native English speakers to interact with the campaign more easily and develop cooler stories long-term than is sometimes possible with simple words. Other than that, features like inventories or more intuitive ways to access the UI still have some potential for improvement. That’s why it’s “only” 4/5 stars. Cool app with a lot of potential still ahead of it. ### 4/5 — Magnifique application, Version Française bientôt dispo ? *2026-06-28* L’application est vraiment top, les histoires sont sympathique, la possibilité de faire des histoires totalement custom est un gros +, le point embêtant : pas de version française disponible, possible d’en rajouter une ? ### 2/5 — Memory and stereotyping *2026-06-26* If I were to describe the ai, it would be that guy who, no matter how you treat them will keep pushing your buttons until you want to harm them. I have played this for awhile across many different stories. The largest failure the app has is memory. It gives you multiple choices for narrators, with the higher gem count one’s having a better memory. Sadly, the best narrator has only about 30 interactions before it forgets and takes you on a tangent. You can interact with the narrator and get it back on track but it will turn the mistake into an npc error, or just leave the error followed by a new iteration leaving as part of the story. As such it will make the mistake again and again. It has narrator notes and story cards for you to help it, but it often ignores them. It also has canned stereotypes instead of dynamic characters. Examples, a ‘viking’, or a ‘soldier’ will be burly, obtuse and unbathed. A clandestine meeting will always be at the abandoned mill at the edge of town at midnight. Come alone. If there is a character named Arin, he will be the bad guy almost every time. There are scores of these canned plots. Your personality when interacting with the ai often molds it’s personality, like a sociopath trying to blend in, can quickly become retaliatory and petty, or hyper friendly and bountiful. **Developer response:** Thanks for such a thoughtful review, this kind of feedback really helps. A narrator forgetting after ~30 interactions shouldn't be happening. Please give Vega a try, it's our strongest narrator. As for the repetitive characters and plots, a lot of that varies by adventure, with 5,000+ to choose from, some are far more dynamic than others, so another might surprise you. Happy adventuring! ### 4/5 — Cool game *2026-05-28, version v0.20.7* I enjoy how versatile this app is allowing any type of story you can devise. ### 3/5 — It’s ok but…. *2026-05-27, version v0.20.7* There’s too many instances where the story goes one way and then the AI will act like it never happened and put in its own details overwriting what actually happened or changing the details of what just happened when asked. If it wasn’t for this I’d rate it higher. ### 2/5 — Eh *2026-05-26, version v0.20.7* While I enjoy using this app, it has many flaws. It’s memory gets really bad and you have to go in incorrect things. The narrator changes from 1st to 3rd person for no reason and sometimes it just repeats what you say instead of moving to the next section of what would be happening. It’s not as repetitive as other apps, but it is far from perfect. It also keeps asking me every two seconds to write a review like havnt wrote one already ### 4/5 — Extensible *2026-05-25* Great tool, subscriptions give it very strong memory. ### 4/5 — Great Accesibillity *2026-05-22, version v0.20.7* Love the voice over compatibillity. Although for some reason I sometimes get taken to the top of the screen in the explore tap, presumably because the reckamendations refresh a lot. Could that maybe be a feature in settings? Like a option for either automatic refresh or manual refresh toggle. ### 2/5 — Great game! A few nitpicky things! *2026-05-20* Overall, this game is truly one of a kind. This game is simple to use when it works. Well, it is a game that you can accidentally spend hours into and just have plenty of fun. The few things that are areas of improvement is First. The word count is off. And it’s a hit or miss sometimes it’ll say 2000 characters is the limit and I will type out something in a word counter that says 2000 characters will verify it with three other word counters they all roughly put it out about 2000 characters but then you go to put it in this game and it cuts it off halfway. So the word counter needs to be heavily looked into to make sure that if it’s something says 10,000 characters 5000 characters 2000 characters 1500 thousand characters then we can truly hit that. Secondly, the memory issues need to be worked on and I get it’s AI so it’s unpredictable but even after adding story cards and adding notations, it can still very much forget and you will spend some time having to correct the narrator to make sure it’s correct, especially for deeper more complex stories. Third, the lack of being able to upload your own photo. I feel kind of hinder the game I get the generation works, but it almost misses every single time if I put in a detailed character description, it will generate it completely opposite person further from what I’ve visualized further from what is typed, I believe we should have the ability to upload our photos so the AI can see the reference and pull it straight from our photo granted with checks and balances to make sure inappropriate photos aren’t being uploaded. And furthermore, I think that we should have a lot more for our character limit sometimes 10,000 characters just isn’t enough 5000. It’s just not enough. We need a lot of characters if we’re going to be generating stories that are super detailed and creating our own world in universes. But none of these attract heavily from the fact that this is a phenomenal game in my number one used app on my phone and I can easily spend 16+ hours a day even while I’m at work in between my job, checking in doing a quick generation continuing a story. All in all this game is amazing. This app is amazing the devs are amazing. Could never really develop characters and interactions because you’d have a chat with one character and the next moment a second character accuses you of conspiring with someone. Silver lining. From what you're describing, a lot of it likely came down to the specific adventure, we have over 5,000 in the app, and they vary a lot in depth and how well they handle character development, so a different one could give you a completely different experience. My purchases aren’t being credited either. *2026-04-04, version v0.20.1* There is an option to watch ads in exchange for “gems” but I’ve had maybe 1 out of 10 ads actually load so you’re pretty much forced to wait until the gems are replenished after 8 hours or pay for a subscription option. Update: I paid for more “gems” over 24 hours ago and still haven’t received them. ### 1/5 — So close to being good *2026-03-10* Even when using the 30/gem response bots. Never remains consistent. You can spend an hour making a beautiful world and explaining the characters, only for the narrator to forget everything immediately. It’s a complete waste of time. There are far superior versions of this available. All it does is manage to infuriate me as it consistently makes errors, stops narrations 1/2 way through, and argues with me about the plot despite it being incorrect half the time. I’m not using a VPN and have already confirmed no issues with connection on my end. App is completely unusable with current server issues. ### 1/5 — Disguised scam *2025-09-27* New edit: apparently no customer support either doesn’t respond, absolutely just a scam to make you spend money, screw you over and resolve any problems. Deleting app worthless and scummy developers and “support” team Edit: new way for them to scam you. I spent money on a subscription the story reintroduced old plot points that already happened and I had to correct the narrator. I asked for it to refund me gems it said it did but just as something in the story not the actual ones i need to actually play the story. This isn’t fair at all. As I said in my first review. Disguised scam. First the awful pacing now going over old stuff and you use need to use gems to correct their game. Have the game end it if there’s nothing left. Completely unfair. Canceling subscription I give it 3 stars because the contents alright. But this Is a disguised scam. I purchased the small subscription 2.99 plan. They give you gems which vanish fast. But you go through countless choices keeping you in the same spot of the story unable to progress. You make these countless choices getting you really no where and repeated information all to get you to run through the gems so you’re forced to watched ads or simply pay more. I get it everything’s a business now a days. Nothings free, nothing is for the consumer /player whatever label. Nothing is about having a good time it’s just simply how can we get you to watch ads and spend more money. So nothing is inherently a scam but it’s just disguised because you have to make so many choices that really don’t progress you just so you can buy more. Don’t waste your time. Either be prepared to make couple choices every 10 hours or so, watch countless ads or spend money. If you don’t like to pay don’t waste your time cause you can barely do anything with the free gems. 5 choices max which gets you no where. **Developer response:** Hello, thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled it only now the safe mode setting is permanently switched on and that trying to verify my age is impossible because there is no camera icon or anything and it’s permanently saying try again but nothing happens when I click on it. Whereas if you’re using the website no problem.
