They don’t give an SLA, no update on chat. Management should consider this as the products are good. But sorry delivery is pathetic and customer service nothing happening there. Order placed on 26th April and nothing but promises till May 13th. When the last order was delivered i was not availble to check the quality and process return , when i returned and checked the bad quality and 7 days return policy was exhausted . With the hope wrote a mail to the customer support , the customer executive gave me gyan about their policy , which didn matter when they delivered it late , and bluntly that lady rejected my request to accept return, it’s loss of 4.5k. This gift card u can not use anywhere else but only in fable street. 2 days later I decided to buy something from FS instead of wasting my money, then that giftcard was not working, was giving error that giftcard is invalid. No one picked up call at customer care, they call u when they have time. Also products are too expensive as compared to other well known apps of this kind and service not at all up to the mark. The chatbot keeps pinging on its own at random times on WhatsApp and then if I reply I get the message that they are closed beyond 9 to 5.
