I was able to use the app just fine a couple months ago, I then fell out of my routine and today I went to get back into the grind and now it won’t allow me to log in. App keeps saying my credentials are invalid which i know they are not since I can log in to the actual Fabletics site just fine. I’m just really frustrated bc I pay for this as part of my membership and I had a bad day at work and just wanted to release some tension. Please fix this asap. ### 1/5 — Unable to log in!!! *2026-08-19, version 1.13.3* I am once again unable to log in. I receive a message that my email and password are incorrect. I am able to log in to the main Fabletics app, but not Fabletics FIT. Extremely frustrating and disappointing!!! ### 1/5 — Cannot Log In *2026-07-27, version 1.13.3* I have been a VIP member for almost ten years, I know my log in info is correct but the app just tells me “can’t recognize credentials”. I would love to use this app but just can’t. I love the variety of courses to stay fit. It’s worth having to skip each month you don’t want to buy a workout set, although when you do it also feels amazing investing in yourself & your fitness journey with beautiful, high quality pieces. It wont let me connect to Spotify and doesn’t play the normal background music for classes. It also will randomly shut down when I’m trying to open it. ### 2/5 — Can’t login *2026-03-31, version 1.13.3* This used to be a great app, but I can never login, as it no longer accepts my password. I verified with Fabletics that my password was correct, I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled, I’ve updated my iPad, nothing works. It’s pretty expensive. I think $59 was fair not $69, but it’s about the same price as a gym membership and I also get a new outfit every month!
