It wont let me connect to Spotify and doesn’t play the normal background music for classes. It also will randomly shut down when I’m trying to open it. ### 2/5 — Can’t login *2026-03-31, version 1.13.3* This used to be a great app, but I can never login, as it no longer accepts my password. I verified with Fabletics that my password was correct, I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled, I’ve updated my iPad, nothing works. This makes it hard for me to then move to my next program after I finish as I have to say quit the other one. Seems to have a lot of glitches lately that have been happening for awhile that seem to never get fixed. I deleted the app and redownloaded it, but now it doesn’t allow me to log in. I only have it 4 stars because there’s some bug fixes — it doesn’t enroll me in new programs all the time. When it does, it doesn’t register that I’ve done a workout within the program. That gets frustrating. I contacted customer service on numerous occasions and there answer is always that they are experiencing a site-wide technical issue and they have their people “working” on it. They also say to check back later and it’s been a couple months since my last customer service experience and it is still the same issue. Don’t bother downloading this app. ### 3/5 — Wouldn’t even download. *2025-10-05, version 1.13.3* Used to love this app. Now it won’t download, show workouts completed, or start new programs. I receive a message that my email and password are incorrect. I am able to log in to the main Fabletics app, but not Fabletics FIT. Extremely frustrating and disappointing!!! ### 1/5 — Cannot Log In *2026-07-27, version 1.13.3* I have been a VIP member for almost ten years, I know my log in info is correct but the app just tells me “can’t recognize credentials”. I would love to use this app but just can’t. Now, images don’t load, making the app visually confusing and hard to navigate. It’s odd to me that developers are responding to reviews at all - because it’s clear they aren’t working on the app and it’s been designated as “keep the lights on”. Fabletics advertising this as a “perk” of membership is frankly, criminal. ### 1/5 — Glitches and Non-Functioning *2026-02-07, version 1.13.3* I’ve been using this app since it first came out. It used to be amazing, with the different challenges, programs and the variety of meditations. Since last year there have been multiple issues with logins. And then starting last month all of the programs and classes are unable to play. I’ve contacted app support directly a few times and they never respond. The app also has been updated for 11 months. Today it finally let me in, only to have NO pictures of the workouts and when I selected a workout, the video loaded with no sound. I love the variety of courses to stay fit. It’s worth having to skip each month you don’t want to buy a workout set, although when you do it also feels amazing investing in yourself & your fitness journey with beautiful, high quality pieces.
