I signed up for a paid subscription and everything is still locked. I’ve closed and reopened the app, I’ve signed out and signed back in, nothing. I tried to message the developer and no response. Thanks to the customer service team everything was fixed and we got it all unlocked. We love the story selection, the Christian content and the animation. I love that we have the option to either read to him or it will read the story to him if I’m busy. The images and subtle animations are great and really work with the idea of reading stories on a device. Easy to use! My son was using the app by himself on first use.
