Then when I would reopen it the app wouldn’t load any photos for me to use. Well I have several photos that has cracks and several like burned spots. Not even one cracks your app didn’t take it way, on your video shows what my problem is. On left handed side (back ground is green) the guy has many cracks and it shows your app removing the cracks. Your app when I used it, not one cracks was removed. One of my photo I used your app, it has my mom, my dad and my brother who was killed in Vietnam. This picture is very important to me. **Developer response:** Hi Thank you for your review. This will hopefully address both the restoration part and colorization. Besides that it will give you the user more control over the process. I can only save the face by itself or the full photo with muted colors and weird highlights of each face in the picture. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling as some reviews had suggested. Now the app won’t acknowledge I paid $10 for the month to use the ad free features! Image restoration is a very difficult task and depends on many factors; how badly damaged the photo is, if the photo was scanned or photographed with the phone camera, any angels, scratches and any discolorations etc We are working on addressing both the intake and the restoration process. Soon we will release a desktop application that will allow for more advanced operations. We hope you will enjoy it. Now it still makes me watch ads, even though I paid for a subscription. As far as the photo restore, it does okay. It added some dark tones on the right side of a late 1960s headshot. However, it didn’t fix the too light area on the left and didn’t fix the photo scratch on the photo. The colorized option turned it more of an antique color verses colored which may be my area. Anyways, the photo looks a bit better but definitely got nipped by the subscription fee.
