Uploaded a video, something simple, not controversial, timer started maybe about two minutes, said generating, got to 100%, still said generating, waited five more minutes and nothing

The app makes decent face swaps not sure on cost. I’ve only been able to make one, but I’ve already had five crashes in a row at about 30%.

So, on the 9th of August, I chose the seven day free sample. I didn't like it and I cancelled it that day.
It says "expiring 16th of August 2025"
however, on the 13th of August (only four days later) Apple attempted to charge me.
This is clearly wrong, but talking to Apple is like banging your head against a wall. Face Swap needs to fix this.
