Service great but rewards scheme tricky!
I tend to always use FTF but their rewards scheme is unfathomable. I know it’s ending soon and I have rewards to use but could I find it when making a purchase on their app? No! I gave up in the end.

You did not give me the 15% off discount that you offer for new app purchases. I put in the code but was still charged the full amount. I will now delete my app. Very misleading.

Highly Misleading Discounts !
The app offers you 15% off your first order if you download and use it rather than ordering via their website. It then refuses to accept the NEW15APP discount code at checkout. I only noticed this once the order had been processed. I rechecked by adding the same order and when you look carefully it has rejected the code with - NEW15APP discount code isn’t valid for the items in your cart - which breaches both the ASA and ICO rules in regard to such discounts, especially as there are no warnings about any exclusions shown.
