I do enjoy the facial exercises and I feel certain that with time they are truly effective. The instructions are thorough enough that I can follow by listening alone, without staring at my phone as I go along. What I DON’T like is that it appears that the progress pictures are altered by a filter. Though I doing the work, I can say that the more pictures I take in my journey, the images appear far smoother than exactly what I see in the mirror at the same time. (This isn’t to say I can’t recognize my progress in person, but my face is entirely too smooth in the photos compared to the frequency/ infrequency at which I do the sessions.) It is my history, and acceptable as such. However, I would like to greet the day with at least a neutral if not an open, optimistic face. After a week of daily exercises I see and feel my face become vibrant and alive.
