Face in hole 2016 It's now July 2016 and this app just keeps coming up with new material and is the longest living app on my apple devices by far. (Wow 10 years ago I wrote that and I am still using it I love it. I purchased the app expecting it to function as advertised, but unfortunately, it is not working properly. The image adjustments do not work correctly, the final result appears blurry, and I am unable to properly edit the photos. Additionally, when I try to save my work, the background template that is supposed to adapt remains visible, which makes the final image unusable. Since the application is not delivering the service that I paid for, I am requesting a full refund as soon as possible. Please let me know the process to resolve this issue.
