This one gives more exercises for longer periods and gives you the option to take a picture to track your progress. It is quite simply the best downloadable app I have used For any kind of fitness- health- wellness(if there is an etc, then etc etc ). Why? We will see… *2023-07-25* As a Personal Trainer for 32 years, I like that this is a natural approach to restoring wrinkles and saggy skin on the face. It just makes sense, we all know that exercising the muscles in the body makes them tone, sculpted, and strong. Plus exercise tightens our skin. So why would the muscles and the skin on the face be any different. Looking forward to being committed to this plan and seeing my results.
