I was sooooo hopeful for this because I have chronic, face, neck and shoulder pain from TMJ. I started training about a month and a half ago and after doing the same routine for multiple days in a row of the same exercises I asked for my money back. Like I could’ve written them down and saved the money of a year subscription. They say as I proceed variation would be introduced but it’s been 6 weeks and it’s still the same thing every day with little to no improvement even though I’ve been consistent. If you’re like me, I know you’re desperate to try anything. Save your money. Watch a YouTube video and write down the exercises.
