## What is FaceRoutine?

"I know I should do face exercises… but I never keep it up."

FaceRoutine is a 5-minute daily coach for your facial muscles. The difference from every other app is simple — instead of just playing a video, it uses your iPhone's on-device face tracking to measure how many reps you actually did, how long you held, and how far your muscles moved. And it counts out loud.

"One… two… three… well done!"

How it works:
• 23 exercises — Forehead & Brows / Eyes / Cheeks & Smile / Mouth & Jawline / Neck & Chin / Tongue & Speech, rotating through the week
• Today's 5-minute routine — warm-up, 3 exercises, cool-down
• Pick one of 4 animal coaches — it mirrors your face in real time, shows the target expression, and counts out loud
• Face Check — see your expression sync with the coach, live
• 4-week focus programs — Brighter Smile / Eye Zone / Clear Speech (Premium)
• Stamps, streaks, a monthly calendar and a one-year heatmap turn 5 minutes into a habit
• Weekly report — total reps, hold time, zone balance, and range-of-motion trends (how far your muscles actually moved)

Honest measurement:
Only exercises we can truly measure get the "MEASURED LIVE" badge. Harder-to-measure moves are labeled "MOVEMENT CHECK", and hand-resistance work is simply "TIMED". We never pretend to measure what we can't.

Privacy promise:
The camera image is never displayed, recorded, or transmitted. Only movement values (like "brow raise 60%") are used, and your records live on your phone and in your own iCloud (automatic backup — they restore on a new device). No ads. No data collection. No company servers.

Designed for 50+:
Big text, one action per screen, voice guidance, and your first exercise starts within three taps. Perfect to set up on your parents' phone.

Start free:
Today's routine is free every day. Premium (monthly/yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase) unlocks the full 6-zone library, 4-week focus programs, detailed reports, and levels 2–3. Lifetime is pay-once — a lovely gift for Mom & Dad.

FaceRoutine is an exercise companion and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
