Like seriously this is your service, you take customers money n thn don’t deliver our product, is this wht your brand name is for, I am sick n tired of tracking it everyday. I get the msg tht my product is out for delivery bt thn there is no delivery done . I have paid for my product is not the free ones tht you are doing this. Shame on your brand ### 1/5 — Poor delivery Management *2023-03-15* I order 2 products on 5th march 23 and delivery came on 9th March 23. Though I requested to reschedule the delivery as I was not available at home and delivery boy showing tantrums to go by walk within 2 mins and delivered product. After rescheduling delivery on 11 March I saw new delivery date as 13th March same has been repeat on 13th March the date new date was updated as 15th March. Now it is happening everyday that new date got updated as 16th March and Today its showing 17th March. When I contact delivery person they are the company( Faces canada) are not allowing them to take product and do delivery. It has been week now I already done prepaid payament and still waiting product. Requesting everyone to do not buy product from such kind of poor services management company. ### 1/5 — Very bad service *2023-03-10* Pulled me from the Instagram by saying that they will be providing the gift with the order. They have not sent the gift. Trying to contact them also no response. The App is not working fine,1st order where I made the payment they made it a COD order which I had to cancel. Later again when I placed the order it showed me that I have credits when I applied and booked. The amount didn’t reflect correctly. With lots of patience when I wrote to the support email I have got no response and after some time u get a mail that the order is shipped. I would like to provide a constructive feedback to the management that there is no active customer support contact no available, making it difficult to address issues promptly. The lack of accessibility can cause frustration for customers as it has in my case.
