Absolutely fantastic support from Faces Consent. Every time I’ve needed help, the support team have been friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. Queries are dealt with quickly, explanations are clear, and they genuinely make an effort to resolve any issues rather than just sending a generic response.

As someone running an aesthetics business, having reliable support behind the software is really important, and Faces Consent have been excellent. The platform itself makes managing clients, consent forms, prescriptions and payments so much easier, but the level of customer service is what really stands out.

The FACES app is really easy to use and has everything I need to manage my bookings in one place. It looks professional, is simple to navigate and makes organising appointments much easier.
