I have tried to get this resolved through customer service and been given the run around for over 2 months saying it’s googles fault as my accounts are deleted- yet both the Business and client webpages are still active. They have now stopped replying to me- extremely bad service and refusal to delete my accounts or remove my personal home address ### 1/5 — Needs a major update *2026-03-23, version 2.6.69* App has many issues. The calendar will not show who is booked in. Just shows my diary as empty when there are patients booked in. For the face diagram, if I make an error and want to undo, it makes me undo everything and start again. The notes save as individual lines and unable to do all my notes in one. ### 1/5 — Problems after problems *2026-02-05, version 2.6.61* I was recommended to use this app from someone but all I have experienced is issues, the app is useless as everytime I need to update a address, update payment details or even purchase there marketing services there are issues and I am told I need to do this all on the website which defeats the whole objective of using the app in the first place. To top it off their customer service is not great either , I was told I would get a call in regards to the above issues and haven’t, called their line a few times and no one has picked up. VERY DISAPPOINTED ### 1/5 — Genuinely the worst consent form app and customer service team *2026-01-31, version 2.6.59* They ask for updates on app like 5 times in the day. The customer service team never respond effectively within system issues ie the app not uploading before and after photos and not being visible to review. Very shallow tech issues you would think an inexperienced software graduate built this not a professional with the amount of issues and customer service support that is extremely poor. From booking. Treatments to review appointment notes ect everything is just inconsistent. I have had many issue with data being missing which is a huge gdpr issue. Would advise anyone to use this app. ### 1/5 — Worst app and customer service ever *2025-12-14, version 2.6.46* I thought pabau was bad but this is just next level. They don’t reply to you neither have any customer service that picks up the call. Additionally the access to see photos stored is ridiculous as it is under upload photos rather than compare what’s already uploaded. Lastly their payl8tr service is poor they don’t set it is stater you have filed out your details and it approve. Still don’t give the option to the patients to book with that finance option. The amount of bugs and glitches is has is unbelievable. So many times I’ve had my clients waiting around for me because the consent form takes forever to load. Every time I’ve needed help, the support team have been friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. As someone running an aesthetics business, having reliable support behind the software is really important, and Faces Consent have been excellent. The platform itself makes managing clients, consent forms, prescriptions and payments so much easier, but the level of customer service is what really stands out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Faces Consent to other aesthetics practitioners.
