All it does is show you pictures that cannot be saved or sent to your watch. Apple discontinued that option, however, because it uses too much battery. They always ask me where or how I got my faces to be pictures of my loved one and that then change. It's really unique to me and I love the face of my watch be the faces of my loved one.
