I contacted the company directly by email and requested a cancellation. They replied confirming the subscription had been cancelled. Despite that confirmation, they turned around and charged me anyway. When I asked why and requested a refund, they refused, citing “relevant agreements” — even though the service had already been cancelled. Now I’m forced to dispute the charge with my bank and will likely have to cancel my card and have it reissued. I actually had to have my card reissued and they charged my new card. I asked my bank how this is possible and they said probably when I added my new card into my apple wallet to use with Apple Pay. Save yourself the time, frustration, and aggravation. Avoid this app. ### 1/5 — Don’t subscribe!!! *2026-07-01* Please do not subscribe to this app. They have it to where you cannot unsubscribe once you do and will be charged $40 a week. Had to call bank do a dispute claim filed fraud against them for charging my card multiple times I repeat. DO NOT GET THIS APP SUCKS REPEAT. SCAM. *2026-06-19* Not only is the actual quality of the content garbage and not worth it at all, they make it impossible to get in contact with the creators or team, i made a purchase on this app and lost my username so now i get charged 40$ every month for something i can’t stop. ### 2/5 — Nope *2026-02-05* Photo face swap does a good job, video not so much.
