Now I’m using the live/on demand classes more - they really do encourage you to do a more intense workout than just practising on your own. Also like the short boosters for when time is short, and the routines for specific facial issues. I use it when I’m at home and also when travelling. I find the live classes a real incentive, and the on demand classes and boosters offer a flexible alternative for days when I’m really busy. I would recommend subscribing to the Foundation programme first. Started doing these workouts in my mid 60s and can definitely see and feel the results and am often told I look young! It is up to you to decide how much you want to utilize the app and what it offers. Most importantly, the app enables me to do exercises quickly and on-the-go. I had a small issue with sound, but Facetoned team quickly responded and solved my issue.
