## What is Facilio?

Automate vendor entry into the building by issuing work permit

Issue gate passes for recurring visitors, approve multiple processes such as vendor vehicle entry, contracted workers entry, and more. 

Assign vendors and generate workorders respectively

Allocate vendor contracts for workorders based on a space, category, priority and any other criteria. Automatically assigning workorders for a particular space makes it easier for the vendor.
