It’s nearly impossible now to use it at all. 1 star Been forced to use this app for almost 2 years. Almost impossible to upload pictures. It takes several minutes to upload and you have to restart it multiple times. It crashes sometimes too. 2 stars ### 1/5 — Bad update *2025-06-06* Unable to see assigned workorders as filter function is non functional. The fluidity of work order access is mediocre at best, and this ap has regular deficiencies that time consuming and counterproductive. Luckily I’m a forced end user or I would have moved on from this ap. **Developer response:** Hello! Reverting to the old version of the app makes it impossible because google play forces me to update to the new version. DO NOT UPDATE PAST 2.4.0 or you could need a new phone. ### 1/5 — App crashes *2024-02-23* App crashes a lot and app doesn’t remember logins. When app closed it requires computer login again. It’s super easy to use and has just enough functionality to make it quick to check and submit WO when out of the office. I recommend this app highly. ### 5/5 — Great app! Seamless use *2025-05-09* Facilitron is doing great work and this app allows us to submit work orders, have them completed in a few click! ### 4/5 — Notes Section Needed *2026-04-28* I love the product, but two things: I wish there was a separate [notes] section so I can choose a school I’m at and create a simple note without having to have it linked as a comment in a work order. And number 2: why is this app for ages 4+? lol ### 3/5 — Description box too small *2025-03-18* The issue i have is trying to fill out the description field. It doesn’t enlarge when trying to enter text on a phone so you can only see one line of text at a time. Would be great if the text box was larger like maybe 4 lines. ### 3/5 — App needs work *2024-10-28* The app crashes when I’m creating new work orders. Also, when I’m creating a work order, it is difficult to write in the description. It doesn’t let me see what I’m typing. After I’m done typing, I can’t add photos. Like once you back out of a work order it make you scroll all the way back down through the orders to find it again.
