## What is Fact Lab?

Fact Lab is a focused iPad app for building multiplication and division fluency. No accounts, no ads, no tracking, no in-app purchases. Every bit of progress stays on the iPad.

Practice the way that fits the moment:
- Daily Mix: an adaptive set that pulls the facts each learner most needs to see.
- Multiplication and division across the full 0-12 range.
- Missing-factor prompts (7 x ? = 56) that build the same fact from another angle.
- Sprints for timed recall, and review sessions that revisit recent misses.
- Table Focus to drill a single times table until it is clear.
- A checkup to gauge where a learner stands.

Fact Lab treats a fact and its relatives as one thing. 7 x 8, 8 x 7, 56 / 7, and the missing-factor forms all belong to the same fact family, so progress reflects real understanding instead of memorized symbols. Spacing between repetitions widens as a fact gets stronger, which is the kind of desirable difficulty that makes recall stick.

A short, skippable warm-up on first run finds the facts a learner already knows and seeds their progress, so practice starts where it should rather than at zero.
