I buy their meals and I like them generally.  There is a nice sorting function that allows you to sort meals by various things like protein content, carbs, calories, type of protein, etc., with one glaring exception: fat grams.     Without it, I have to hunt and peck through each of the nutritional summaries.  Very laborious.  I'm not sure why they don't have it.  I can't be the only person who wants to eat low fat.

Don’t download this app. Don’t start this service. After one week, I wanted to quit the service. I followed all their instructions, and it took me to a webpage that said “Oops. We can’t seem to find the page you’re looking for.” 
Really? REALLY?!!
So how do you stop this service? I’m not making this up. You’ll wish you had taken my advice.

I’ve been using Factor for a year now and was enjoying it so much that I got the premium subscription. Recently had an emergency that required me to leave town for a week on short notice and contacted factor to cancel my box and credit the amount I paid to my next box. They said they couldn’t, I said I was fine with that but asked them to at least not send the box because it would go to waste. They said they couldn’t because the shipping label had already been created. We were five days out from the shipping date. I get not being able to cancel the box or credit my payment to a future box because it was a COUPLE OF HOURS PAST THE CUTOFF, but being so rigid that you can’t cancel sending a box because a shipping label is created? I asked the representative to cancel my subscription and thankfully they did that quickly and efficiently. I enjoyed the meals I’d gotten over the last year but I won’t be returning.

Once you sign this you cannot do nothing in the app, the app simply don’t open correctly, I cannot manage nothing there, send to browser and there’s the same. 

Don’t to this with yourself, your buying a huge head pain.👍

Introductory offer was about $14/meal.   🤯 Food tastes good.  But always still hungry when I was done eating.

They started out okay, saved me time, seemed like good selection. But after a while if you don’t pay for other types of meals they all start tasting the same. 

Meant to cancel my account but paused it and they shipped me one more box of 8 meals for over $120 and all 8 of the selected options they sent had peppers. If you love peppers, this is a good service for you. But jeeze, I get thats a cheap vegetable but put a little more effort in your algorithm if you forget to select your meals.

There are some selections to pay an extra $5-15 for a single meal to make it better but at that rate may as well just order take out. 

Good for a few months, then you’ll get bored.

Ehrlich gesagt bin ich sehr enttäuscht und verärgert über Factor. Am 15. August hat mich der Fahrer angerufen, und ich habe ihm meine Adresse und Türnummer klar mitgeteilt. Trotzdem hat er mein Paket einfach mitten im Gebäude abgestellt, anstatt es vor meine Tür zu stellen oder es einem Nachbarn gegen Unterschrift zu übergeben. Ich habe den Vorfall sowohl bei Factor als auch beim Lieferdienst gemeldet, aber ich werde ignoriert und habe meine Bestellung immer noch nicht erhalten. Das ist nicht akzeptabel.
