Reservation:

Deficiency reporting:
- Send deficiencies in the building to the administration
- Retrieve status to process deficiencies

Access control:
- Open released doors and areas with the app

Elevator control:
- Call nearby elevators and select destination floors

- Lighting control via app
- Setting scenes
